ONE Advisors & Accountants is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our services and contact our team, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard. We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who have motor, cognitive or other disabilities.

What we have done. We review the site for accessibility. We have added text descriptions to images and logos, checked colour contrast, and made sure links and buttons have names a screen reader can announce. We recheck pages when we update them.

Known limitations. Some features are provided by outside services, such as the client portal, the tax organizer and embedded forms. We do not control their accessibility, but we work with those providers and will help you directly if anything there gets in your way.
