About the Role
Oversee and lead cross-border M&A transactions, providing comprehensive financial due diligence, risk assessment, and strategic advice to clients involved in international deals.
Analyze and interpret financial data from multiple jurisdictions, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities that impact global transactions.
Advise clients on structuring and executing international transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maximizing value creation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of international clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored financial advisory services.
Expand client relationships globally by identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Develop and implement global financial strategies for clients, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes and make informed decisions.
Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with international operations, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
Advise clients on global regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring they meet international standards and avoid potential legal and financial pitfalls.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, contributing to the growth and expansion of One CPAs’ global financial services practice.
Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing the firm’s expertise in international financial advisory and the value it can bring to their operations.
Collaborate with other departments within One CPAs, such as Tax, Audit, and Consulting, to provide integrated and comprehensive services to international clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or foreign equivalent degree.
24 months of experience in financial advisory to clients, mergers and acquisitions.
